Connecticut Academy of Fine Arts 98th Annual Juried Exhibition.

On Saturday May 17th I delivered two of my sculptures to be considered for the Connecticut Academy of Fine Arts 98th Annual Juried Exhibition. A few days later I received notification that they had accepted both of them into the show. Isn't that great!

This show is being displayed at The Mystic Arts Center,
9 Water Street, Mystic, CT
from May 22nd through July 18th, 2009

Sculpture Exhibition at the Barnum Museum, June 7th, 2009

The Society of Connecticut Sculptors, an association of sculptors whose work is derived from and inspired by the real world, will present a juried exhibit titled, “From Models to Monuments” in the People’s United Community Foundation Gallery at the Barnum Museum. Well, two of my sculptures were accepted into this show and you'll be able to see them in person at the Barnum Museum from June 1st to June 29th. Here is the info:

ArtMajeur Silver Award 2009 for a Virtual Art Gallery

Since my last post I've been very busy so I haven't been able to write on my blog ever since...but that doesn't mean things haven't happened, so I apologize for not keeping my blog up to date.
